AI economics / Scenario calculator

Know what has to change
for AI to pay off.

Model one workflow with your own numbers. Include the people, the software, and the cost of getting it running. Then test those assumptions in a real deployment.

What would a useful deployment be worth?

Your assumptions

One workflow, one month

All starting values are illustrative. Costs are your assumptions, not YABANIN prices. Values stay in your browser and are not saved or sent to analytics.

The method behind the numbers

Every assumption is part of the decision.

1. Recover capacity

Monthly tasks × (human minutes before − human minutes after) ÷ 60. Include human review, corrections, and work on failed attempts in the after figure. Use the same quality bar on both sides.

2. Put a value on the change

Recovered hours × fully loaded hourly cost × the share converted to financial value. Treat unreallocated time as capacity, not cash savings. If AI creates extra human work, its labor cost is counted in full.

3. Include recurring costs

Monthly tasks × variable AI cost per task + additional monthly fixed costs. Subtract this from the financial value of capacity to get monthly net benefit. Include licensing, infrastructure, support, and operations once.

4. Calculate return

Payback = setup cost ÷ positive monthly net benefit. First-year ROI = (12 × monthly net benefit − setup cost) ÷ (setup cost + 12 × recurring AI costs). The result is a modeled return on incremental AI investment.

This model assumes constant monthly activity from the start. It excludes financing, taxes, discounting, and unquantified revenue or risk benefits. Separate adoption ramp-up and changing costs in a detailed business case.

What the products provide

YABANIN records model usage, price coverage, latency, and errors, with analytics grouped by task, team, or agent. Raider adds engineering run results, checks, and execution traces.
